About the role
Work closely with clients, taking instructions and building trusted relationships.
Responsibilities
* Draft a range of estate planning documents for simple or complex estate planning.
* Work with senior lawyers to develop own practice and technical abilities.
* Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare correspondence.
* Attend procedural hearings.
* Manage deadlines, compliance, and accurate file records.
Experience and Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years Post Qualification Experience.
* Strives for excellence and produces work of a high standard.
* Has great attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Capable of working collaboratively with a team and semi‐autonomously under supervision of seniors.
* Takes initiative and solves problems creatively.
* Manages competing deadlines and priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
