Job Title:

* The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in data analysis, evaluation methodologies, and governance frameworks.
* Proven experience managing teams and delivering high-quality, data-driven insights is essential.
* Knowledge of compliance requirements and best practices in data integrity and security is required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead a team delivering high-quality client service and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders.
2. Oversee data analysis and reporting, applying advanced techniques to improve accuracy and efficiency.
3. Ensure compliance with AVETMISS and national VET reporting obligations.
4. Provide expert advice on system administration, user access, and data governance.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance data quality.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives informed by client feedback and strategic priorities.
