Industrial Electrician (A-Grade) – Sydney, NSW MMT Recruitment is partnering with a growing specialist engineering and automation business to recruit an experienced A-Grade Industrial Electrician for project-based work across Sydney, with some interstate travel. This is an opportunity for an electrician who takes pride in high-quality installations, enjoys industrial project work, and wants to be part of a small but professional team delivering work for major industrial and automation clients. What’s on Offer Competitive hourly rate: $50 – $65.45 per hour (negotiable based on experience) Fully maintained company vehicle or car allowance Tool allowance Overtime available Full-time, permanent role Friendly, professional team environment Support for training and development (including PLC courses) Strong focus on quality workmanship and work–life balance Immediate start available The Role Industrial electrical installations and project work Wiring and commissioning from electrical drawings Panel builds and tidy, high-standard installations PLC fault finding (Allen Bradley preferred) Customer-facing work across Sydney sites Occasional interstate travel for project installations Working independently on small jobs and collaboratively on larger projects About You NSW unrestricted A-Grade Electrical Licence (essential) Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial or project-based electrical work Strong experience with industrial wiring and working from electrical drawings PLC fault-finding experience preferred (training supported if developing skills) CAD exposure advantageous Excellent communication and customer engagement skills High attention to detail and pride in workmanship Professional presentation and strong time management Willingness to travel across Sydney; interstate travel advantageous Full Australian working rights and current driver’s licence Why Apply?
