About the Role
This is a hands‑on leadership position where you’ll bring structure, energy, and creativity to a fast‑moving environment. You’ll be responsible for:
* Driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience
* Inspiring, coaching, and developing your team to reach both personal and business goals
* Managing store operations, visual presentation, and stock flow with precision and flair

About You
You’re a confident, motivated, and people‑focused leader who thrives in a dynamic, high‑volume environment. You love connecting with customers, mentoring your team, and taking pride in every detail of your store’s presentation.
* Previous experience in high‑volume retail or hospitality management
* Proven ability to manage stock, rosters, and store operations
* Passionate about customer experience and brand storytelling
* Energetic, adaptable, and ready to lead one of WA’s busiest fashion locations
