Job Title: Venue Operations Manager
This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Venue Operations Manager. As the key point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our venue.
* Answering and directing telephone enquiries
* Assisting with guest queries
* Overseeing reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activities
* Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
* Other duties as assigned
* Performing some kitchenhand and cleaning responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
* Very good English communication skills
* Microsoft and Reckon experience required
* Ability to handle changing dynamics of workers and the workplace
* Suited to someone with prior experience in an office, station or hospitality
* Ability to work autonomously and multitask
To be successful in this role, you must have full working rights in Australia and a valid Australian license. Additionally, a positive attitude, high attention to detail, reliability, presentability, punctuality and motivation are essential.
