Our client is a well-established and respected civil construction company with multiple projects across WA. They are currently seeking to expand their Health & Safety team, offering a key opportunity on a 10:4 roster.
This is a pivotal role, ideal for a passionate HSE professional who not only understands compliance but is also committed to mentoring teams and fostering a strong safety culture across sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading safety initiatives across civil construction projects
* Ensuring compliance with HSE legislation and internal systems
* Conducting risk assessments, toolbox talks & site inspections
* Mentoring and upskilling site personnel in best safety practices
* Incident investigation and reporting
Qualifications and Experience:
* Certificate IV in OSH/WHS
* Proven experience as an HSE Advisor on road construction projects
* Exposure to Main Roads WA standards is highly advantageous
