About Us
We are Forza Plumbing, a fast-growing commercial construction and plumbing organisation with a strong pipeline of premium projects across Melbourne. Since our founding in 2021, we've established solid relationships with well reputable builders and secured a substantial project load well into 2026 and beyond. As we expand, we're building a leadership team that values accountability, quality workmanship, teamwork and respect. Projects locked in by our team so far for 2026 include:
* 5 storey apartment building – Toorak
* 6 storey apartment building – East Melbourne
* 3 storey apartment building – Kew
* Affordable housing project – Lalor
* Medical centre – Point Cook
About the Role
From early 2026, you will step into a key leadership role — managing multiple plumbing construction projects, overseeing our Leading Hands and trades teams, and reporting directly to the Director. You'll be responsible for the successful delivery of commercial projects from planning through to completion, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Leading Hands and site teams across multiple sites
* Run project schedules, planning, procurement and daily coordination
* Liaise with builders, contractors and suppliers
* Track performance, hit KPIs and ensure projects run safely and efficiently
* Provide clear reporting, forecasting and updates to the Director
* Maintain high standards across quality, safety and client relationships
About You
* Proven experience as a Project Manager (or Senior Foreman / Site Manager) in commercial plumbing or construction projects.
* Demonstrated leadership skills — capable of inspiring, guiding and managing multiple site teams across different projects.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with builders, subcontractors, and internal teams.
* Highly organised, with strong planning, scheduling and problem-solving abilities.
* Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while keeping a keen focus on quality, safety, and deadlines.
