Permanent Full‑time role. Pay: $38.20 – $41.74 per hour plus super.
About the role
- Take charge of your own nursery room, leading a team of dedicated educators to deliver high‑quality early learning programs tailored to infants.
- Create a warm, safe and stimulating environment that supports each child’s emotional and developmental needs.
- Build strong relationships with families and collaborate with them to support their child’s journey.
- Mentor and support fellow educators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and qualified growth.
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform and continuously improve teaching practices.
- Ensure safety and inclusivity, tailoring the learning experience to meet the needs of all children.

Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current NSW Working with Children Check.
