The Director Pathway Support is a pivotal role within the Case Management branch, offering flexibility and opportunities to work in various locations across Australia.
This position plays a critical role in supporting the management of applications for review during the case management phase.
The annual salary range for this position is $140,890 - $160,176 p.a., plus a generous employer superannuation contribution of 15.4%.
About the Opportunity:
The Director Pathway Support will oversee the delivery of a range of case management strategies and initiatives, reporting directly to the Executive Director Case Management.
The section consists of two teams, each led by an EL1 Assistant Director with responsibility for two APS6 team leaders each.
Key Requirements:
* Ability to lead and manage a team, cultivate a culture of collaboration, and model standards of behaviour consistent with APS Values, APS Employment Principles and APS Code of Conduct.
* Strategic thinking, exercise of judgement, and alignment of section activities with organisational priorities.
* Capacity to deliver results, successfully lead or deliver complex projects, develop creative solutions, and manage risks appropriately.
Essential Qualifications:
* Security Clearance – Ability to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance.
* Australian Citizenship as a condition of engagement.
* All employees are required to undertake an Australian Federal Police Check and a Health Assessment.
