Job Title: Hospitality Ambassador

Description:

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be part of our Front Office Team, delivering exceptional service to guests. Your key responsibilities include managing guest check-in and check-out processes, performing audits, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

* Achieve positive outcomes from guest inquiries in a timely manner
* Ensure efficient reception experiences for guests
* Demonstrate high levels of customer service at all times
* Maximize room occupancy using up-selling techniques
* Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
* Assist other departments as needed

Requirements:
