Key Responsibilities Include
* Leading the operational delivery of transport planning and design projects
* Providing expert interpretation and application of design standards, policies and guidelines
* Reviewing and quality‐assuring civil designs at key project milestonesMentoring and developing design staff and cadets
* Contributing to innovation and continuous improvement in design practices
* Building strong relationships across project planning, delivery and operational teams
About You
You are a technically accomplished civil design professional who enjoys leading people, solving complex problems and delivering high‐quality outcomes. You bring strong judgement, attention to detail and the ability to influence project success through collaboration and expertise.
Mandatory Requirements
* A minimum three‐year Sydney Accord‐accredited engineering qualification (or recognised equivalent)
* Current Class C driver licence
* Ability to satisfy pre‐employment checks, including criminal history screening
* Experience in transport infrastructure design and the use of design tools such as AutoCAD and 12d Model will be highly regarded.
