This has been built up over time through our expertise in securing land, planning and power in highly sought after locations in major global citiesThe role of the Project Administrator is to provide support and assistance to the Data Centre Developments team in the delivery of key projects and preparation, to ensure they are completed in line with approved budgets and time frames. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that values innovation and integrity. You will assist with the preparation and sign-off on briefs for external consultancies, manage and liaise with consultants/contractors participating in the design and delivery of projects whilst maintaining the management of all required administration activities associated with relevant projects.Day to Day:Assist in actioning tasks necessary to obtain all internal, external and authority approvals.Assist with the review and preparation for sign off on tender packages.Support administrative tasks to support timely preparation of and roll-out of projects.Processing Contract Correspondence including Site Instructions, RFI’s, EOT’s, Variations and other contract correspondence as directed.Complete Professional Service Agreements and Confidentiality Agreements.Organise meetings, meeting agendas and issuing meeting minutes.Preparation of monthly project cost report (with input from project and development and project managers) and cash flows for all active projects, including reconciliations of accounts, purchase orders and processing of invoices for approval, liaison with Finance team and other finance considerations as requiredMust Haves:Completed / or in progress with relevant tertiary studies in Building / Construction Management or Engineering (Quantity Surveying Qualifications highly regarded).Demonstrated experience integrating project co-ordination, management methodologies, exposure to design with data centres, industrial, commercial, residential and mixed-use projects. (Data Centre exposure ideal).Experience liaising with Stakeholders and Authorities in obtaining the relevant approvals including Development Approval and Building Approval.Ability to utilize project management software and tools, including and not limited to Microsoft Office Products including SharePoint, Oracle, Procore and other management and reporting systems.About GoodmanGoodman is a provider of essential infrastructure.
