Water Control Systems Lead
We are seeking a Senior Control Systems Engineer to contribute to impactful projects for clients in the water infrastructure sector.
About this role:
You will play a pivotal role in the design, integration, and delivery of control and automation systems for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
This position offers a 50:50 balance between technical delivery and project/design management, ideal for someone ready to step into a leadership role while remaining hands-on.
Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Control Systems, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
* Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status is essential; RPEQ is highly desirable
* 5–15 years of experience delivering control systems for projects in power generation, oil and gas, and other process industries
Essential Skills
* Proven capability in specification, concept and detailed design, testing, and commissioning
* Proficiency with current DCS, PLC, SIS, SCADA systems, instrumentation, and actuators
* Ability to prepare designs, drawings, specifications, and technical reports, and conduct audits and due diligence
