Project Manager – Community Infrastructure

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of a diverse range of community infrastructure projects across the region — including building and structural works, recreational facilities, environmental projects, and civil infrastructure.
The role is a Contract Casual role for up to 12 months, located on-site and in the office.
In this role, you'll manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality outcomes that create lasting value for the community.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate the delivery of capital works and environmental projects
* Manage the full project lifecycle: feasibility, design, estimates, procurement, and construction
* Oversee contracts, consultants, and contractors, including WHS and environmental compliance
* Act as a Representative during contract delivery
* Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks and reporting
* Provide clear advice and communication to internal and external stakeholders
* Lead a team of specialists to achieve strong project outcomes
About You
You are a confident project leader with experience delivering complex construction and infrastructure projects in multi-stakeholder environments.
You will bring:
* Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or similar (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience managing building, recreational, environmental or civil projects
* Strong contract and contractor management skills
* Experience managing budgets, risks and competing priorities
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
* A current Class C Driver's Licence
