**About the role**
The Human Resources Business Partner will focus on partnering within IPART by providing expert strategic advice and technical human resource assistance to empower our leaders to effectively support their people to deliver on IPARTs Strategic Plan and Priorities.
The role will work closely with the HR Manager and support the HR Advisor to promote a positive workplace culture through the successful implementation of best practice policies, initiatives, processing and procedures.
The salary range for the position is $133,712 - $141,965 per annum + superannuation, annual leave loading, and flex time.

You will possess a level of government understanding and your experience in development and implementation of human resources programs will be beneficial for your success in this role.
IPART is looking for an HRBP that has experience implementing change and enabling people managers and stakeholders to support IPART's vision, values and strategic aspirations.
You are known for supporting and managing projects to ensure desired outcomes are achieved. You will have demonstrated abilities to coach and mentor people leaders.
