We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Clerk to manage client invoices, handle payroll, and conduct bank reconciliations in our busy Accounts team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, be proficient in accounting software, and have experience with financial planning and management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing Client Invoices: Prepare accurate and timely client invoices, ensuring all necessary information is included.
* Handling Payroll: Manage employee salaries, benefits, and tax deductions, adhering to relevant regulations and company policies.
* Conducting Bank Reconciliations: Regularly reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.
* Financial Planning and Management: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Accounts Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of accounting software, including Xero, and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
* Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and make informed recommendations.
* Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
* Time Management: Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
