We are seeking a reliable, bilingual (Mandarin & English) Office Administrator to manage daily operations, office logistics, and company assets, while providing strong internal support and liaising with external clients and suppliers.

Role Overview / 职位概述

This role covers office administration, logistics and procurement, asset coordination (including movable and immovable assets), and external communication. The successful candidate will work independently, respond flexibly to operational needs, and serve as a key contact point for suppliers, contractors, property managers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责
* Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative processes
* 管理办公室日常运营与行政流程
* Oversee workplace logistics including cleaning, repairs, maintenance coordination
* 统筹办公室后勤事务,包括清洁、维修和维护协调
* Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and service agreements
* 负责办公用品与设备采购,并管理相关服务协议
* Maintain and track company assets including furniture, equipment, vehicles and property
* 维护并跟踪公司资产,包括家具、设备、车辆和不动产
* Coordinate use, maintenance, storage and handover of assets
* 协调资产的使用、维护、存放及交接工作
* Liaise with external service providers, contractors, property managers and clients
* 与外部服务商、承包商、物业管理方及客户沟通协调
* Assist with basic finance and HR tasks including petty cash, invoicing, onboarding documentation
* 协助基础财务与人事工作,包括小额现金管理、发票处理、员工入职资料管理
* Handle administrative duties including document filing, travel bookings, meeting coordination
* 处理行政事务,如文件归档、差旅安排、会议协调
* Ensure a clean, professional and efficient working environment

About You / 任职要求
* Minimum 1 years' experience in office administration, procurement or operations
* 至少1年办公室行政、采购或运营支持相关经验
* Proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
* 中英文听说读写流利,具备良好的双语沟通能力
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* 工作有条理,注重细节
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* 具备独立工作的能力,能够在无过多指导下完成任务
* Capable of handling unexpected situations and finding flexible solutions

* Excellent interpersonal skills and professional attitude
