Service Delivery Manager

Scalabrini Austral is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to support the smooth running of our residential aged care community.
About the Role
Reporting to the Village Manager, you will oversee day‐to‐day operational services, workforce planning, administration, ordering, customer service, and site coordination. You'll ensure high quality resident experiences, support staff performance, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage operational services, reporting, and process improvements.
* Coordinate rostering to meet resident and workforce needs
* Lead and develop the administration team; support recruitment and onboarding
* Assist the Village Manager with daily site operations including oversight of the retirement living villas
* Manage customer enquiries and ensure high quality service delivery
* Oversee WHS responsibilities and act as Return to Work Coordinator
About You
* Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage competing demands and analyse data to support decision making.
* High computer literacy across Microsoft Office and workforce management systems.
* Experience in rostering, workforce planning, contractor management and team development
* Excellent relationship building skills with residents, families, and staff.
Desirable
Aged care experience, knowledge of Aged Care Standards or Dayforce, and qualifications in business/management.
