Job Description
We're seeking a skilled UX Designer to lead the experience design across our suite of B2B platforms.
This role is critical in ensuring our enterprise clients, venue partners, promoters, and internal operational teams have intuitive, efficient, and frictionless digital tools.
* Design user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes for B2B tools and dashboards.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and pain points.
* Drive UX strategy for self-service and reporting platforms.
* Work with developers and analysts to ensure feasibility and implementation.
* Apply UX best practices to improve usability, accessibility, and flow.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 3+ years of UX experience, ideally in B2B or enterprise SaaS tools.
* Comfortable designing for data-heavy platforms, dashboards, and workflows.
* Strong in interaction design, information architecture, and stakeholder engagement.
* Confident using Figma or equivalent tools.
* Bonus: Experience in ticketing, events, or reporting platforms.
