Agri Business Leader
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Agri Business Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading day-to-day farm operations, guiding a motivated team, and driving continuous improvement.
* Oversee all farm operations, livestock programs, grazing systems, and property maintenance.
* Lead from the front – fostering accountability, teamwork, and a positive culture with the support of coaching and best-practice systems.

About You
You'll need 5+ years' experience in a senior livestock or farm management role. Strong operational planning decision-making capability is essential along with hands-on leadership approach ability to lead mentor develop teams sound financial understanding confidence working budgets open communication problem-solving skills commitment safety professional standards good computer literacy we use Xero training provided tertiary qualifications preferred not essential most importantly care about doing excellent work cultivating happy environment contributing sustainable vision business long-term future direction workplace respect integrity high performance set goals achieve strive excellence motivate others provide guidance direction opportunities growth development assist leaders become next generation farming professionals grow career personal make difference impact agriculture modern world
