Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional, innovative care services that meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
* Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives, utilising data and feedback to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.
* Foster a culture of innovation and creativity, empowering staff to explore new approaches and technologies to improve resident care and experience.
* Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualised care plans and support holistic wellness.
* Supervise care staff and oversee roster requirements
* Perform necessary Critical Incident Management and expert clinical support
* Support residents, families and visitors in a highly professional manner
* Ensure assessments, care plans and reviews are undertaken appropriately, on time and well documented
* Manage clinical education and competency of staff
* Promote and foster a positive, collaborative and diverse culture
Your skills and experience:
* Registered Nurse Division 1 qualification (AHPRA registration).
* Proven leadership experience in aged care or a related healthcare setting, with a passion for driving positive change and innovation.
* Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care principles, regulations, and best practices.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a genuine commitment to person-centred care.
