Store Leadership Opportunity
Your role as Store Manager in our Dulux Trade Centre is to inspire and lead a team, driving customer, staff, and sales-focused responsibilities for smooth store operations. Working closely with the team on the shop floor, you'll sell and promote our extensive range of paints and products to achieve sales targets.

* Manage store finances, KPIs, and stock levels to optimize performance
* Champion customer service excellence through active engagement and support
