Key Sales Leadership Role
This leadership position oversees the operational backbone that supports regional sales performance, ensuring seamless coordination and compliance with safety standards.
The role is responsible for driving process improvements, managing systems, and enabling sales teams with necessary tools and structures to achieve operational excellence.
The successful candidate will oversee logistics, rentals, fleet, and asset management for the North East region, aligning sales, service, and operations to drive efficiency, productivity, and customer success.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a multidisciplinary operations team, fostering high-performance culture and collaboration.
* Oversee and optimize sales operations processes, ensuring efficiency across the sales delivery lifecycle.
* Drive system and process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce administrative burden.
* Manage sales forecasting, planning, budgeting, and deal governance in partnership with Region Manager.
* Provide accurate, real-time reporting and insights through dashboards, data audits, and performance reviews.
* Coordinate regional logistics, rentals, fleet, and asset management to ensure reliability, compliance, and minimal downtime.
* Lead WHS compliance, conduct risk assessments, and oversee incident investigations to maintain a safe working environment.
* Identify gaps and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance regional performance.
