Building & Construction Project Management Hamilton Permanent / Full Time Great diverse portfolio of large-scale Hamilton based projects Client-side opportunity with extensive track record Opportunity to work with an established Project Director offering great career Company Redpath Partners are working in collaboration with a national client-side project management consultancy who are experiencing ongoing project demands. With a strong reputation in the industry for delivering a range of projects across Commercial, Industrial, Education, Aged Care, Aviation, Multistorey Apartments and Fitout they continue to thieve with an established pipeline of work. This consultancy is looking to take on an additional Project Manager to support the Regional Project Director and greater leadership team. Role Involved from initial project planning and coordination through to project completion you will represent the best interests of a variety of clients across varying sectors. The responsibilities of the role will include: • Overseeing all project activities, throughout complete project life cycle • Identifying project scope, goals and deliverables • Procurement & Contract Management • Programme and Cost Management • Communication with all stakeholders including relationship management • Design Management involved across the consent process • Manage external consultants optimising best practice and construction delivery Requirements Experience working for a Project Management Consultancy in NZ or AUS (Delivering vertical construction), alternatively you could be an experienced Quantity Surveyor, Architect or Engineer looking to move into Project Management – Must have a minimum of 3 years NZ commercial construction experience to be considered Commercial, industrial, education, aged-care, apartment & fit-out experience is preferred. High level of communication skills, proven collaborative ability with demonstrated skills in leading negotiations with multiples stakeholders. Preference is a proven track record in Project Management overseeing projects throughout the complete project life cycle.
