This is a 6 month fixed term, full-time position commencing in Term 2, 2026 with possible extension and/or permanency

Tuart Rise Primary School (PS) is an Independent Public School located in Baldivis. It is a modern, state of the art facility which opened in 2015 for students in Kindergarten to Year 6.

The Role

The successful applicant is responsible for overseeing the school's business operations, including the management of financial, physical, and human resources, and the supervision of school support staff. Working closely with the Principal and Executive team, the position provides strategic advice on financial planning, budgeting, and workforce and business planning to support the school's operational and strategic objectives.

This role ensures effective financial management and reporting across diverse funding sources, while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and Departmental policies. It also involves developing and monitoring asset management strategies for school facilities and resources, supporting corporate reporting requirements, and contributing to school and regional committees to ensure alignment with organisational goals.

o Demonstrated experience in the application of high-level customer service principles and practices.
o Demonstrated experience in effective leadership of a team.
o Demonstrated ability to provide high-level human resource consultancy and financial advice in the development, implementation and management of business and marketing plans.
o Demonstrated well developed problem solving and risk management skills, including the ability to provide innovative solutions to strategic and complex problems and issues.
