Key Responsibilities
Remuneration Review & Analysis
* Conduct annual salary and benefits assessments across international missions
* Apply actuarial and market data to recommend salary adjustments
* Ensure strategic alignment and defensibility of remuneration decisions
* Address challenges in volatile environments
Data Management & Documentation
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data inputs
* Document assumptions and methodologies for audit and approval
* Maintain data-sharing arrangements with peer organizations
* Coordinate market data surveys with external suppliers
Stakeholder Engagement
* Collaborate with senior officers and overseas mission leaders
* Provide tailored advice to support decision-making in complex geopolitical environments
* Support organizational objectives through effective stakeholder engagement
