We're currently seeking caring and dedicated Care Workers to support older South Australians to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.
What you'll do
Providing personalised in-home care including personal care, meal prep, domestic tasks and transport.
Following individual care plans and updating your team on wellbeing changes or concerns.
Organising your workload to meet allocated visit times with professionalism and empathy.
Building genuine, trusting relationships that support dignity, safety and independence.
To Thrive In This Role, You Will Have
Experience in aged care, home care or community support.
A proactive, solution-focused approach and ability to work independently.
Reliability, a positive mindset and commitment to safe work practices.
Physical capacity to perform a variety of manual tasks independently required in the role.
Successful Applicants Will Also Have
Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
National Police check (or willingness to obtain).
Current unrestricted driver's licence.
Your own registered comprehensively insured car.
Current Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain).
Right to Work in Australia.
