Tyalla Capital is a distinguished boutique specialist lender committed to generating profits with purpose. Tyalla Capital will commence a significant expansion program in early 2026 and we are looking for a seasoned Head of Marketing & Brand to support our Growth Team and business to scale.
Role Description
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this is a hands‑on, strategic role for a marketing leader who thrives in a high‑performance environment. You will be responsible for shaping and executing Tyalla Capital’s brand narrative, developing integrated marketing campaigns, and building systems that generate qualified leads and empower our sales team. You’ll work closely with leadership, brokers, and external partners to elevate our market presence and drive commercial outcomes. Remuneration package dependent on experience.
Brand Strategy & Development
* Define and evolve Tyalla Capital’s brand identity, tone, and positioning across all channels
* Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, events, and internal communications
* Develop messaging frameworks that resonate with brokers, borrowers, and institutional partners
Lead Generation & Campaigns
* Design and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads
* Manage digital performance (SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing) with clear ROI metrics
* Build and optimise lead funnels in collaboration with the Growth Team
Sales Enablement & Collaboration
* Partner with the sales team to develop tools, collateral, and presentations that support conversion
* Create broker engagement programs and nurture sequences to deepen relationships
* Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to sales leadership
Content & Communications
* Oversee creation of high‑impact content including investor reports, thought leadership, case studies, and newsletters
* Manage PR and media relationships to amplify Tyalla Capital’s voice in the market
* Lead event marketing and sponsorship strategy for industry visibility
About You
* 5+ years’ experience in marketing, brand, or growth roles—ideally within financial services or B2B environments
* Proven track record in brand building and lead generation
* Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach and commercial mindset
