Key Responsibilities
* Shoot and edit short-form video content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Rednote)
* Create marketing visuals, including social media posts and EDM graphics
* Manage and schedule social media content across platforms
* Support and execute EDM/email marketing campaigns (Brevo or similar)
* Work closely with the Marketing Manager on campaign execution and content ideas
* Assist with marketing for property listings, projects, and promotions
* Coordinate with the Property Manager and internal team for marketing requirements
* Capture and produce content for events, site visits, and campaigns
* Maintain organised content and digital asset librariesTake ownership of content output, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery
* Contribute ideas to improve content performance and marketing campaigns
* Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement
* Support campaign execution from concept to delivery
About You
* Strong video editing and content creation skills (essential)
* Ability to independently shoot and edit video content.
* Experience with Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut, and Canva
* Good understanding of social media and digital marketing
* Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality content
* Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working closely with the Marketing Manager and taking direction
* Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented
* Mandarin speaking and writing are required
* Portfolio with actual video and social media content required
