You’ll be working with an experienced team of GPs, full‑time nurses, and a strong admin group led by an on‑site Practice Manager. There’s regional support behind the scenes, so problems get solved without landing on you. The environment is busy but organised. Appointments are booked. Walk‑ins are managed sensibly. You know what your day looks like before it starts. There’s also a dedicated procedural room and clear internal referral pathways, making it easy to build skin work, women’s health, or procedural sessions if that’s where your interests sit.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Seeing a steady flow of patients in a booked, bulk billing setting
* Choosing your pace and patients per hour
* Working with full nursing support every session
* Building special interests over time, with internal referrals and active patient awareness
* Practising in a clinic designed for throughput without pressure
What You Need
* VR GP with AHPRA registration
* Eligible to work in a DPA location
* Comfortable working in a busy general practice
* Interest in skin, women’s health, or procedures welcomed but not essential
