Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager to oversee administrative operations in an international corporate environment. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in administration, facility management, vendor coordination, and policy implementation.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily administrative operations for international offices.
Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities, vendor contracts, and supplies.
Develop and implement office policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Supervise support staff and ensure adherence to compliance and safety regulations.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and official documentation.
Manage budgets, expenses, and procurement of office essentials.
Handle employee onboarding, asset management, and workspace allocation.
Maintain records, reports, and correspondence with internal/external stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to country-specific corporate governance policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor\'s or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in administration or facility management.
Robust organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Experience in handling international work environments and multi-cultural teams.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
