Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
* Lead the development and implementation of a shared educational vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students.

* Engage in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development to enhance leadership and teaching practices.
* Build strong partnerships with students, parents, community groups, and government agencies to support student success.
* Apply strategic, future-focused leadership informed by relevant legislation and education policies.
