Crest Nicholson's Midlands Division is recruiting for a Land Manager, to support our Land Director in managing all land acquisition and applications as part of the Development strategy.The successful candidate will lead on the identification, initial research, and appraisals of new sites, focusing on negotiating and agreeing prices and terms directly with vendors and agents. A key aspect of this role is to have strong commercial acumen to assess project feasibility by liaising with internal teams on benchmarking, costing, and terms.Your clear and open communication style in conveying planning and site information to each team is crucial to ensure high-quality work within set deadlines.
