Solution Delivery ManagerA great opportunity has opened for an experienced Solution Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions across a complex enterprise environment.
This role suits someone who enjoys shaping technical direction, leading high-performing teams, and driving clarity and quality in solution design and delivery.About the RoleYou will oversee the full solution lifecycle from ideation and architecture through implementation, transition to operations, and ongoing application and data management.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, PMO, and technical teams, you will ensure solutions are scalable, integrated, and aligned with organisational strategy, governance, and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the solution delivery function and define delivery strategy.Oversee architecture, technical design, and integration quality.Manage application, data, and system lifecycle activities.Strengthen delivery processes, requirements gathering, and change management.Ensure compliance, governance, and risk mitigation across all solutions.Build strong relationships across business units and external partners.Manage budgets, resources, and capability development.Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.What You Will Bring5 plus years in solution or technical delivery leadership.Strong background in architecture, business systems, integration, and cloud environments.Experience managing application and data lifecycles and project delivery.Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and team leadership skills.Strong understanding of governance frameworks and enterprise-scale delivery.Certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile, or PROSCI are beneficial.Experience in agile or hybrid delivery models and small adaptable technology teams is beneficial.Base pay rangeA$220,******/yr - A$240,******/yrPerth, Western Australia, AustraliaPhone: ************Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Verse by 2x
