The Duties:
Monday - Friday, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to assist in the growth of this portfolio. With plenty of support from warm leads, your duties will include but not be limited to:
* Sourcing new business opportunities
* Conducting Open Homes
* Working closely with the Sales Agents & Executive Leasing Consultants
* Maintaining and developing client relationships
* Offering professional advice to clients
* Arranging and conducting market appraisals
The Requirements:
* The successful candidate MUST have previous experience as a BDM and/or in Property Management
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* You will be well-presented, organized and have excellent administration skills
* You will have a current Certificate of Registration, your own car and a valid driver's license.
