As Senior Body Corporate Manager, you will hold primary responsibility for the Principal Body Corporate (PBC) portfolio within one of Australia’s most prestigious master-planned communities.
Supported by a dedicated in-house team including facilities, finance, legal counsel and security, you will play a central role in ensuring governance excellence and a seamless experience for Committee members, residents and stakeholders.
You will join a high-performing and collaborative team that values initiative, accountability and genuine care - within a workplace where professionalism, balance and respect are not just words, but expectations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the affairs of the PBC in accordance with the Building Units and Group Titles Act (BUGTA) and the Sanctuary Cove Resort Act (SCRA).
• Prepare meeting notices, minutes and correspondence.
• Maintain document control and uphold administrative best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery.
About You
You are an experienced Body Corporate Manager who thrives on clear communication, trusted relationships and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence. Highly organised and solutions-focused, you bring warmth, professionalism and a customer-first approach to every interaction.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
• 3 years plus experience in body corporate management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A polished manner and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Strong administration skills and high attention to detail.
• The ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn systems such as StrataMax.
