Centacare Family Services is a non-for-profit organisation that has been providing relationship and community services to individuals, couples, and families, within the Midwest and Gascoyne regions of Western Australia since ****.
Centacare Family Services are currently seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified candidates to fill the position of General Manager Administration.
This is a full-time position located in our Geraldton head office.
A remuneration package based on the SCHADS Award **** will be offered based on skills and experience.
Level 8.1 approximately $129,000 per annum.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the General Manager Administration is a key member of the Executive Management Team, responsible for shaping and delivering strategic initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, efficiency, and culture.
The position is responsible for, and provides strategic oversight of:
General Administration and Reception Services (non-financial)
Quality and Compliance
Workplace Safety
Facilities and Maintenance
Information Technology
Media, Marketing, Special Projects, and Events
Selection Criteria: Qualifications
Formal qualifications in Human Resources, Business Management, or Business Administration would be well regarded.
Selection Criteria: Skills & Experience
Demonstrated senior management experience, ideally in a not for profit or social services environment.
Experience in the delivery of Human Resources services, including supporting team leaders to navigate HR matters.
Experience in leading a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to work with people from various backgrounds, and to respect different cultures and diversity.
High level IT skills within the Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Teams.
The ability to develop high quality written work, including grant and report writing.

Successful applicants will hold, or be able to obtain, a WA Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance no older than 12 months, and a current WA Driver's License.
