The Opportunity
* Lead and manage a well-established early learning service
* Take full responsibility for day-to-day operations, staff leadership, and quality of care
* Drive compliance with national regulations and educational frameworks
* Build strong partnerships with families, local community, and key stakeholders
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives and mentor educators across multiple rooms
Roles & Responsibilities
* Provide inspirational leadership to educators and support staff (Diploma & Certificate III trained)
* Oversee educational programs in line with EYLF and NQS
* Ensure supervision, safety, and well‐being of all children in care
* Manage centre operations including staffing, rostering, budget monitoring, and occupancy
* Monitor and support staff performance through appraisals, professional development, and mentoring
* Lead the centre through Assessment & Rating processes
* Develop and maintain relationships with families, supporting their engagement in children's learning
Role Requirements
* Previous experience in a Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor or senior leadership role in early childhood
* ACECQA‐approved qualifications (Diploma or Bachelor)
* Strong operational, administrative, and financial management skills
* Valid full working rights in Australia
