How You’ll Make an Impact Advanced support: Deliver advanced support services that extend beyond standard operational support Challenge the norm : Bring a growth mindset and identify opportunities to optimize and innovate Engineer solutions : Design and implement enhancements to customer solutions using best-practice methodologies Drive automation : Use automation to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve performance Collaborate and mentor : Share knowledge and expertise to uplift the team and strengthen our Managed Data Services capability Solve complex problems : Investigate and resolve issues across diverse technologies and environments Deliver insights : Generate customer reporting and provide actionable recommendations The Knowledge You Bring Experience in cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks Hands on experience in Tableau, Power BI or similar data visualisation technologies Proficiency in SQL Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence experience Data ingestion and ETL knowledge A passion for using data and information to make a real difference Ability to learn and use new technologies quickly & effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop professionally 2-5 years of experience in a customer facing role within the IT or analytics sector Your Next Chapter Starts Here At Altis, we offer more than a job.
