About the Role
United is seeking a National Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Administration team at our Kewdale Head Office.
In this role, you'll work closely with our Wholesale & Sales Divisional Manager to support national sales operations across our network of 18 branches, helping to keep stock, supplier coordination, and reporting running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Raise purchase orders for national stock
Maintain and update the national stock list
Coordinate container arrivals across all branches and manage related documentation
Assist with national stock takes and reconciliations
Liaise with suppliers and internal sales reps on outstanding orders
Source domestic and international freight costs (China, Europe, USA, South East Asia)
Prepare monthly sales and stock reports
Process daily sales orders
