Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Concrete Batcher. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately combining and dispensing premix materials, ready for delivery by our Agitator Truck Drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Materials handling and ordering
* Basic plant maintenance including contractor management
* Operation of plant including a Front-End Loader
* Operation of the computerized batching plants
* Administration tasks as required
Requirements:
* Committed and compliant to Health, Safety and Environmental requirements
* Comfortable in working in a busy and demanding work environment
* Competency in operating a front-end loader (highly desirable)
* Self-driven with high work ethic and good team member
* Positive and motivated attitude
* Experience in concrete (highly regarded)
