Professional showroom for prestige vehicles is on the lookout for their next director of first impressions / Receptionist.
THE JOB
* Answer overflow of Sales, Service & Parts calls into the dealership re-direct or take a message.
* Post sale and Service feedback calls.
* Strong PC skills
* Meet and greet ALL walk‐in customers with a HAPPY FRIENDLY face.
* Offer & make Coffee, Tea or Water to waiting customers.
* Help the Sales team by setting a customer up on test drive of a new or used vehicle.
* General tidy up of all waiting areas of the showroom including coffee machine.

Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential. All we are looking for is a solid work ethic, a positive attitude and a passion for achieving excellence.
