We're on the lookout for an experienced Head Chef ready to take the reins and drive success with a strong team behind them.
Requirements / Qualifications
Has 2+ years' experience in a similar role (pub or high-volume venues a bonus)
Leads by example with attention to detail and a training-first approach
Can motivate and develop their team, bringing structure and consistency
Thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for quality pub classics with room for creativity
Is confident managing COGs, rosters, compliance systems and processes
Understands how to align kitchen operations with venue and company targets
