What you'll be doing
You'll drive all things marketing strategy, execution, analytics, and results.
This role touches every part of Gawk: digital, outdoor, content, comms, partnerships, events, sales, agency, and merch.
Strategy & Leadership
* Build and lead Gawk's marketing strategy across digital, outdoor, and brand.
* Set goals, manage budgets, report on performance, and align with sales and leadership.
* Manage external partners, agencies, and freelancers.
Digital Marketing
* Lead SEM, PPC, and SEO (technical, on-page, AI-driven) campaigns that deliver real ROI.
* Own and manage the WordPress website structure, UX, content, optimisation.
* Write high-performing SEO copy that ranks in SERPs and AI systems.
Content & Storytelling
* Lead video production from concept to post storytelling that connects.
* Create content that builds community and showcases our people, clients, and impact.
* Manage brand assets, photography, and creative direction.
Social, PR & Communications
* Run our social channels LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube.
* Manage PR, press releases, and trade media relationships.
* Craft internal comms that keep the team informed and inspired.
* Shape Gawk's tone bold, smart, and unapologetically regional.
Partnerships, Activations & Events
* Coordinate brand activations, sponsorships, and events that make people talk.
* Build partnerships that grow awareness and strengthen our network.
* Manage merchandising from concept to production to delivery.
Analytics & Growth
* Own dashboards and reporting across all channels.
* Track lead gen, ROI, and campaign performance.
* Use insights to guide strategy, uncover opportunities, and drive results.
Who you are
* 4+ years in marketing with proven digital, brand, and strategic experience.
* Deep knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Ads, GSC, SEO, WordPress.
* Fluent in SEO copywriting, AI SEO tools, video production, and creative direction.
* Skilled at juggling projects without dropping the ball (or the tone).
* Analytical and creative, you speak fluent data and design.
* A confident communicator and natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
