**Job Title:** Multidisciplinary Supervisor
We are recruiting a Multidisciplinary Supervisor to join our team in Darwin. This role involves planning and executing work scopes, providing technical advice, and monitoring completions to ensure client standards are met.
The successful candidate will have experience supervising large cohorts of Electricians, Inlecs, and Mechanical personnel, as well as knowledge and experience working in an onshore or offshore Oil and Gas maintenance environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.

Responsibilities:
* Plan and prepare daily work scopes for execution
* Review and provide technical advice associated with work pack development and future work scope
* Monitor and review completions to ensure work scopes are closed out as per client standards
* Conduct leadership and HSE engagements with team members and participate in associated KPIs
* Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering to ensure scope readiness and ability to carry out work safely
* Interface, support, and coordinate works with other site contractors
* Review ISSOW documentation to identify preparedness and represent the team in daily conflicts meetings
* Maintain and develop site competencies
* Monitor and review materials associated with planned work scopes
* Maintain and develop a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools, inclusive of daily use of SAP
* Mentor and coach peers and colleagues to further develop the wider team
Requirements:
* A Grade NT Electrical License
* Certificate III in Electrotechnology
* Certificate III in Instrumentation & Control
* Mechanical Trade or Tertiary qualifications in Engineering
* Project Management Experience highly regarded
* Previous experience supervising large cohorts of Electricians, Inlecs, and Mechanical personnel
* Knowledge and experience working in an onshore or offshore Oil and Gas maintenance environment
* Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP system
* Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
