In this support role, you will be crucial in providing frontline support to stakeholder groups relating to issues with Microsoft Dynamics 365 utilising the existing ticketing system to triage and resolve requests.
Supporting the ERP Delivery Lead, you will identify and escalate any reoccurring issues for investigation and resolution.
This is a
permanent, full-time chance
and, given the nature of the role, can be based at a Blackwoods location in either Brisbane (Carole Park), Melbourne (Scoresby) or Sydney (Macquarie Park).
Some of the tasks:
Provide frontline support to stakeholder groups relating to issues with Dynamics 365
Action ticketed incidents within the agreed SLAs while communicating updates as needed
Escalate incidents and requests where needed to ensure timely resolution
Execute relevant maintenance and monitoring activities and processes
Provide support, as required, to the relevant Delivery Lead
Some of the skills:
Experience in an application support role
Previous experience with Dynamics 365 (ideally in Finance and Operations)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to forward plan
Ability to engage stakeholders and bring people on a journey
Competency with Microsoft Office
