Responsibilities
Provide high level payroll services for the Junior Medical Workforce, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, back adjustments, and entitlements in accordance with NSW Health policies and industrial awards. Act as the subject matter expert regarding pay enquiries and perform quality checks on pay office outputs, including reviewing and verifying the work of pay office staff while working under limited direction and within established procedures.
Qualifications
* Advanced skills and experience in payroll processing within a complex environment (e.g., NSW Health).
* Accuracy, attention to detail and data integrity across payroll systems and records.
* Strong communication and customer service skills to manage pay enquiries and stakeholder expectations, including the ability to perform quality checks and verify work prepared by other staff.
