Your day will see you:
- Support clients to stay living in their home and connected to their community
- Provide services such as domestic assistance, personal care and respite careEmbody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual

- Effectively communicate with your team, to ensure the best outcomes for each client

We're looking for:
- Your demonstrated compassion, empathy and advocacy
- Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to ensure the best possible client experience, teamwork and standard of care
- Your ability to work independently and efficiently by optimising the use of technology within your roleYour willingness to travel throughout the Northern Beaches area for client visitsQualifications in individual support or related work experience are desirable (min Cert III Individual Support)
- Australian Working RightsCurrent valid Australian driver
- 's license and a licensed, comprehensively insured and road worthy motor vehicle
It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
