We are looking for a Marketing Assistant with an understanding of current marketing concepts, trends, strategy and best practice that can help inspire and engage our customers through our marketing channels.
The role requires someone who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty with the nitty gritty of marketing, and who possesses high attention to detail. The role is perfect for a strong communicator with a knack for colloquial copywriting and grammatical detail.
With the ability to be immersed in multiple facets of the marketing mix for a growing Australian company, this role is a great launching pad for a successful marketing career.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Assist with brand marketing campaigns including but not limited to being involved in campaign ideation including team brainstorms, engaging in research, procurement and assembly of campaign props, store audits & liaison, POS materials kitting and distribution, managing photos and other documentations required.
- Assist on-going process related to labels/packaging & new product development.
- Support the development of customer engagement plans and tactics.
- Events coordination, fundraising & sponsorship support.
- Assist with the execution of shop signage & related marketing material including signage set ups for new store launches.
- Administrative support to the marketing team
- Assist with the management of Harris Farm Foodie demonstrators & activations
- Support in the timely communication of information to stores and related head office departments ensuring all marketing initiatives are implemented correctly and effectively to maximise results
- Assist stores with marketing-related customer enquiries.
- Being the main point of contact for supplier demonstration bookings & activations
**Skills Required**:
- Demonstrated alignment with our culture and values as a business.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Marketing or Commerce / Cert IV in Marketing.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem solver who can take the initiative to deliver great outcomes.
- Teamwork and collaboration: Build effective relationships across HFM. Contribute to team/organisational success.
