Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
* Manage digital campaigns across web, email, and social platforms
* Oversee brand positioning and content direction
* Analyse campaign performance and generate marketing reports
* Manage budgets and optimise ROI across channels
* Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align growth initiatives
* Lead and mentor junior marketing team members
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
* 3–5 years of marketing experience, including digital campaign management
* Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies
* Experience with marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms
* Excellent leadership and project management skills
* Strong communication and presentation abilities
